The Medic Lab

The Medic Lab is a Membership Community providing unrestricted access to a list of educational courses for a monthly fee. Students are provided a 3-day free Trial Period, after which they will be charged their first monthly payment. To avoid being charged, students must cancel their membership prior to the end of the trial period. No refund will be granted after the trial period expires. Students may cancel their membership at any time.

Premium Courses

All Premium Online Courses from FlightCrit (eg. The EPICC Review Course) come with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Requests for a refund must be received in writing at support@flightcrit.com by the end of the 30-Day refund period.

This Guarantee will be honored except under the following circumstances.

• If a Certificate of Completion has been issued a refund will no longer be approved.

• If any Premium Downloadable material has been downloaded a refund will not be approved.

Live In-Person or Virtual Courses

Requests for a refund must be received in writing at support@flightcrit.com. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the start of a live course will receive a full refund of the course fee minus a $25 admin fee. Cancellations 15 to 30 days from the start of a course will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. Cancellations received less than 15 before the start of a course will not receive a refund.

Any person who cancels more than 15 days before the start of a course and has downloaded the electronic Course Study Guide / Manual will be charged $50 for the downloaded material.

Any transfers from one course to another course with a minimum of 60 days advance notice of a change from one person to another in the same program will be accepted with an administration fee of $25 per change.

The registration fee (cash, check, charge, or purchase order) must be received before the change request is processed and course materials (if any) can be mailed.

A late fee of 10% will be assessed for registrations received less than 30 days before the start of a course.

Digital Downloads

No refund will be granted for digital downloadable content. If you are unhappy with our digital downloads, please contact us at support@flightcrit.com and we will do what we can to fix the issue.
