Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully and in their entirety before accessing or participating in any chatroom, website, webinar, mailing list, blog, podcast, newsgroup, or other on-line forums from FlightCrit, FlightCrit Academy, the TIPS from CRIT Podcast, or any other current or future FlightCrit LLC websites (“site” or “sites”).

By using, accessing, viewing, and/or browsing the Sites, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand these terms and conditions, that they are fair and reasonable, and that you agree to follow and be bound to these terms and conditions.  You also acknowledge that your use of these Sites is voluntary and is not the result of fraud, duress, or undue influence exercised upon you by any person or entity.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please exit all sites immediately and do not use, access, and/or browse the Sites.

FlightCrit LLC reserves to right to modify these terms at any time, and without prior notice.  We will make every effort to notify users of such changes either online at this site, elsewhere online, or through email.  Continuing to access a site after notice of such a change has been published constitutes an acknowledgement of having read the changes and an agreement to be bound by them.

AGE RESTRICTION

The Site is intended for persons eighteen (18) years or older. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) should not access, use and/or browse the Site.

DISCLAIMER

This disclaimer applies to any guests, contributors, contractors, representative, or employee of FlightCrit LLC who may work with or contributed to any content produced by FlightCrit LLC.

While I make every effort to provide content that is correct and up to date at the time of publishing, my knowledge of medicine, as well as the art and science of medicine is constantly changing and evolving, and is often practiced differently in different systems and by different medical providers.  As such, I make no guarantee about the accuracy of any content published on any of the Sites.  Furthermore, the information, content, data, and services (collectively referred to as “content”) contained on and provided by the Sites is for informational and educational purpose only and should not be construed or used as medical advice for treating any medical condition.

Furthermore, the Sites shall not be used in any legal capacity, including but not limited to establishing “standard of care” or as a basis for expert witness testimony.  

The information published on the Sites represent my own opinions and does not represent the views or opinions of my current or future employers.

Any comments published to the Sites are considered to be public comments and you agree to give FlightCrit LLC unlimited, perpetual right to copy, reuse, and reproduce the information contained in those comments.

Privacy Notice

The Sites are all HIPPA compliant.  While you may post or share questions, comments, stories, scenarios, images, documents, or pictures to the Sites, you agree and take full responsibility for ensuring all content is free of Protected Health Information.  You also agree that you have the rights to distributed any content you share on any Site.

While you may give your name, email address, and other personal information to subscribe to the Sites, or to post information on the Sites, I will never sell or share your personal information with any third party without your explicit permission.

FlightCrit LLC utilizes certain third party web services for the purpose of managing and running our business and Sites.  These sites include, but are not limited to, the following:

The Terms set forth here apply only to FlightCrit LLC and it’s Sites.  By using any of our Sites you acknowledge that some of your personal information may be stored on websites not belonging to FlightCrit LLC.  If you have questions or concerns about the Terms of Use and Privacy Practices of these Third Party services you should visit their sites which you can link to above.  To receive a complete list of web services utilized by FlightCrit LLC you may email support@flightcrit.com.  

Links to Other Sites

FlightCrit may include links to websites owned and controlled by others on it’s Sites.  These links are provides as a service to readers and do not constitute an endorsement, stated or implied, of the content provided on these sites.  While every effort is made to provide high quality resources to the readers of our Sites, FlightCrit is not responsible for and does not regularly screen, review, or endorse the content published on websites not belonging to FlightCrit LLC.

Rules of Online Conduct

You agree to use the Sites in accordance with all applicable laws.  You further agree that you will not e-mail or post any content on our Sites that:

• Defames, Harasses, or Threatens others

• Violates federal or state law

• Discloses any Protected Health Information

• Infringes on another’s intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, or trademarks.

• Contains obscene, or pornographic, language or images

• Contain advertisements or any other form of commercial solicitation without the written approval from FlightCrit.

Any and all copyrighted material, including but not limited to,  graphics, text, photographs, video, and musical recordings, may not be shared on the Site without permission of the owner of the copyrighted material, or other legal entitlement to use the material.

FlightCrit reserves the right to removed any content which violates the above rules, without notice.

You agree that you will not access, or attempt to access any other user’s account, or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Sites.

TRADEMARKS

All logo, name, and graphics on our Sites or any of our affiliate sites, are trademarks of FlightCrit LLC or it’s affiliates and may not be used, reproduced, copied, or redistributed, without the written permission of FlightCrit LLC or it’s affiliates.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

The contents of FlightCrit, FlightCrit Academy, the FlightCrit Podcast, and any other current or future sites owned by FlightCrit LLC are all copyrighted. 

All blog posts, podcast, and show notes are distributed to the public for free and can be re-distributed via hard copy or electronic copy for free ONLY if “FlightCrit” and the blog or podcast is attributed as the acknowledged author within the actual media that is re-distributed.
